Since childhood, I’ve had a passion for baking, sparked by watching my grandmother, Mary Ruffin, work her magic in the kitchen. She could turn simple ingredients—vanilla, sugar, flour, and butter—into a beautifully balanced batter with perfect color and texture. Baking wasn’t just a skill in our household; it was a family tradition.
My own baking journey began in 2009, when my grandmother assigned me the task of baking a 7-Up pound cake for a church member. The positive feedback I received filled me with pride and a true love for baking. There’s something deeply fulfilling about creating food that brings joy and satisfaction to others.
In May 2017, I launched Homestyle Treats by Tee, LLC. The name embodies my commitment to crafting each product with care and attention. My goal is to provide treats that bring a sense of warmth, delight, and a little slice of home with every bite. Thank you for letting me share my passion with you—one delicious treat at a time!
